Fresno Irrigation District is accepting bids for a 5-year lease on approximately 75 acres of grazing property. The property is located in Sanger, CA near 19535 E. Trimmer Springs Road.
The bid is open to all interested applicants. Bids must be submitted in writing and delivered via mail or hand delivery to the FID office, located at 2907 S. Maple Ave. The deadline for submitting bids is Monday, March 3, 2025, by 4PM.
Bid submissions must include the following:
Proposed tenant’s name
Company name (if applicable)
Address
Contact information, including phone number and email address
Proposed annual lease amount
The annual lease amount will be based on the accepted bid and must be paid in semi-annual installments by the deadline stated in the lease.
